We are seeking a fun, outside-the-box thinker to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Representative. In this role, you will play a key role in connecting with multilingual customers in our community, bringing to life our client's brands and developing a long-lasting client base through engaging customer interactions. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, explaining the client’s available products and services, and assisting them with all steps of the enrollment process, in both Spanish and English.
Bilingual Customer Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and customers, ensuring their brand messaging and values are effectively communicated in Spanish and in English
- Proactively approach and engage with customers to create positive interactions and promote our client products or services
- Drive sales and meet or exceed targets by effectively communicating product features and benefits, answering customer questions, and overcoming objections
- Develop a deep understanding of client offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to clients and enhance sales strategies
Bilingual Customer Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
- Previous experience in event coordination, customer service, or sales is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for our mission and goals
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required for events
- Reliable transportation to event locations
Pay: $3,750.00 - $5,150.00 per month
