What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Ticket Booth Agent position at KP ADVENTURES, LLC?
- To provide excellent customer service to our daily visitors upon entry and exit at the Main Gate, and during their visit in the park.
- To ensure daily visitors and groups are greeted, oriented and provide assistance needed, and to attend to and resolve questions, comments, issues and concerns in an exemplary professional and personal manner.
- To handle all transactional activities for visitors using admission and ticketing software.
- To promote all aspects of Boggy Creek Airboats including (but not limited to) special events, Mini Moo Land, food sales, Gift shop and any other activities.
- Be able to assist by answering the telephones and making reservations over the telephone.
- Cross train in other areas of the park (gift shop, stocking and order taking).

- Intermediate to advance level software proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet required, plus;
- Thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures and the use of office machinery and equipment required, plus;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, with excellent organizational and follow-up skills;
- Professional manner and appearance;
- Ability to work with minimal instruction or supervision
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
