The Role

We are looking to add a senior trader to our team. This role is built for an experienced trader with a defined edge, a repeatable process, and the discipline to manage risk at scale. The ideal candidate has a strong track record, clear views on where they generate alpha, and the maturity to operate independently within a defined risk framework.

You will run a dedicated book on the Koyote platform, work alongside other senior traders across the firm, and leverage our capital, infrastructure, and operational backbone to execute at institutional scale.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience trading equities, options, futures, ETFs, or other liquid products
• An audited or attributable track record at a hedge fund, multi-manager platform, prop trading firm, market-making firm, or bank trading desk
• Ability to clearly articulate your edge and investment process
• Discipline around sizing, drawdowns, and capacity
• Independent thinking and clear, differentiated views
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
• Strong work ethic and a genuine passion for markets

A documented track record is strongly preferred. We are open to non-traditional backgrounds where the candidate can demonstrate sustained trading ability, discipline, and strong market intuition.
