Kowboy Fence Company is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious, outgoing, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Huntsville team!
We're a family-owned fencing company headquartered in Nashville, TN, with locations across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. We've built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and a team that takes pride in what we do.

What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their fencing needs and recommend the right solutions.
- Conduct on-site consultations, take measurements, and prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
- Build relationships with potential customers and turn opportunities into closed deals.
- Manage your sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and keep opportunities moving forward.
- Use HubSpot to track customer interactions, estimates, and sales activity.
- Partner with our operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
- Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to the success of our Huntsville location.

Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time position based in Huntsville, AL.
- Commission-only compensation with uncapped earning potential.
- In-person customer consultations and local travel throughout the market.
