The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a meaningful and helpful environment by delivering exceptional customer service and building right relationships with their coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork. Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention.
Requirements:
- Flexible to schedule
- Morning - Start time between 5 AM - 6:30 AM - Must be available weekends. (Sunday is required)
- Closer - We prefer you have availability starting by Noon and available to work until 7:30 PM
- Available weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in preparing food
- Handling food according to state health codes
- Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
- Teamwork
- Maintain drink consistency with the interest in learning new recipes
- Work in an energetic and face-paced environment
- Must be organized and clean
