Produce Associates are responsible for delivering an exceptional Customer experience by maintaining high-quality fresh produce, creating visually appealing displays, and ensuring the department is clean, organized, and well-stocked. This role plays a key part in showcasing Kowalski’s commitment to quality, freshness, and outstanding service.
Guest Experience
- Provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service to guests.
- Assist customers with product selection, special requests, and produce-related questions.
- Demonstrate a proactive, guest-first approach at all times.
Product Quality & Merchandising
- Inspect, rotate, and cull produce to ensure freshness, appearance, and safety.
- Stock and replenish produce displays following company standards.
- Maintain visually appealing, abundant, and clean displays in line with Kowalski’s Cub Foods merchandising expectations.
Requirements:
- Looking for individuals with availability of 10am-9pm
- Ability to work 20-30/week
- Must have year-round availability
- Comfortability with speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
- Holiday and weekend availability
- Ability to work in and enjoy a fast-paced environment but also be motivated to complete tasks during down times
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Understand that you have the power to impact customer and coworkers day in a positive way
