What are the responsibilities and job description for the Online Shopper (KOTG) - Cub Foods position at Kowalski's Markets?
NOTE: Rate of pay is based on experience
Seeking a long-term employee for a fast-paced, multitask-oriented position where strong customer service skills are required. Emphasis in this position is on providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers. Efficiently process customer orders; scan items; process several forms of payment; develop memorization skills; and carefully package groceries. No experience needed.
Position requires ongoing moderate to heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.), walking and standing. Must have excellent social, judgment and decision-making skills, reading, writing, and math skills. Position functions and work directions are provided by the Front-End manager, Assistant Manager, Manager on Duty, or Store Manager.
Requirements:
- Seeking to fill the 7am-4pm shift. Must be available to work up to 30 hours per week
- Saturday & Sunday availability required
- Ability to work in and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- High level of direct customer service
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and energetic
