The Kowalski Heat Treating Company, a commercial heat treating company located in Cleveland, has an immediate opening for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Specialist. The ideal candidate has Shipping/Receiving experience working in a manufacturing environment. The Shipping and Receiving Specialist responsibilities include:
- Receive and verify in an accurate and timely manner all customer orders.
- Enter all customer orders into inventory record keeping system.
- Identify all orders received for processing.
- Properly identify all processed orders for preparation and shipping via UPS, FED-EX and various common carriers.
- Assist with packaging orders for shipment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Issue Customer Discrepancies where applicable – Follow-up on status.
- Perform Product Certifications – work closely with Quality Department.
- Participate in Problem Solving Techniques Generate daily shipping /receiving summaries.
- Maintain neat and orderly workplace at all times.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
