This hybrid rolecombines field sales, client meetings, and remote work. This role is ideal for a self-driven salesprofessional who enjoys building local relationships, generating their own opportunities, andestablishing long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations.Responsibilities:Build and manage a regional sales pipeline through self-generated leads, networking, referrals, and local outreach.Prospect and generate new business with healthcare providers, clinics, and medical organizations.Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings, presentations, and consultationsSell Kovo RCM’s services, including billing, insurance claims management, and credentialingManage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract closeBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholdersIdentify client needs and recommend customized service solutionsTrack sales activities, pipeline, and performance using CRMMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, reimbursement changes, and competitor offeringsCollaborate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitionsQualifications: Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is strongly preferred.Experience selling healthcare services, medical billing, or related solutions preferredStrong negotiation, presentation, and closing skillsAbility to travel locally for client meetings with dependable transportationConduct yourself in a professional manner and be an ambassador of the brandSelf-motivated with excellent time management skillsProficiency with CRM systems as well as Microsoft Office and Google SuiteExisting relationships within the healthcare industry preferredCompensation & Benefits: OTE $95,000 - $150,000 (base salary commission)Full benefits available after 60 days of employmentCommission based on recurring monthly revenue, rewarding long-term client retentionOpportunity for increasing earnings as your regional book of business growsFlexibility and autonomy in managing your territory
