About Us
Kovari builds useful robots for the physical industry. Small team, fast pace, live deployment in the field. This is a hands-on role for an engineering student who wants real time with physical robots.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble robot subsystems
- Run test protocols and collect performance data
- Support fabrication tasks (laser cutting, press brake, part prep)
- Operate robots for testing and logging purposes.
- Log results, flag issues, maintain hardware inventory
What We're Looking For
- Current engineering, robotics, or related student
- Comfortable with hand tools and mechanical assembly
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Bonus: FRC/FTC/battle robotics, CAD, or hardware data logging experience
Details
- 10–20 hrs/week, flexible scheduling
- On-site at our SoMa machine shop
- $25-35 per hour
