General contractor looking for highly motivated, responsible employee who wants an opportunity to become a team member and develop skills in the construction business. This is an opportunity for a hard worker to expand and perfect skills in framing, finish carpentry, window/door install, etc. We are a small, growing contracting business working mostly around metro Boston. We take on all aspects of construction including new construction, gut renovation, deck building, kitchen and bathrooms. We focus on high end design utilizing excellent materials in a clean environment.
Must have driver’s license and transportation, a basic knowledge of the trade, be reliable and clean, have a positive attitude and desire to learn.

Must be able to do/learn the following requirements:
- know tools and uses
- demo as needed
-Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
- Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material according to measurements
- install window ,door frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre- constructed items
- drywall - ready for paint
- painting – wall/ceiling/trim
- installation of cabinets
Qualifications:
-Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
-Ability to perform high-quality work with limited supervision
-Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
-Must own a car
