Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Assist with food handling, food preparation, and sanitation to ensure safety standards are met
- Support food industry operations by bussing tables, managing guest relations, and upselling menu items
- Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage seating arrangements and reservations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures
- Experience with fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and guest relations abilities
- Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction management
