You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the overall ambiance of our establishment. Experience in fine dining or nightlife settings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using Aloha POS or similar systems.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
- Utilize OpenTable for reservations and manage guest seating efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food industry standards.
- Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha POS is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
