At KouZina Greek Street Food, we bring the vibrant flavor and energy of Greece straight to Downtown Royal Oak! We are a high-end high-volume, premium fast-casual restaurant famous for our authentic hand-rolled gyros, customized Greek bowls, and scratch-made recipe. Our kitchen has no freezers and no microwaves and there is a Chef On Shift Daily—everything we prepare is real food crafted by hand every single day! We are seeking energetic, reliable Restaurant Team Members to join our squad. We cross-train our entire crew so you get the best of both worlds. You'll learn to crush it on the kitchen line making beautiful food, and greet our awesome regulars at the front counter. What You'll Do on the Food Line (Kitchen):

• Fresh Food Prep: Learn to slice, dice, and prepare our high-quality fresh ingredients and proteins daily.
• The Assembly Line: Craft perfect gyros, street fries, and customized bowls accurately during our fun lunch and dinner rushes.
• Kitchen Pride: Keep your station clean, stocked, and running efficiently. [1, 2]

What You'll Do at the Counter (Service):

• Greek Hospitality: Greet guests with a smile and walk them through our dynamic menu.
• POS & Cashiering: Take orders quickly and accurately on our modern touch-screen register.
• Dining Room Vibe: Keep the drink stations stocked, tables wiped down, and ensure the space looks inviting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to learn both the kitchen and register roles.
• Reliability—showing up on time for your team matters.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evening rushes.

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 55.0 per week
