We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Insurance Account Manager to support our Korean-speaking clients and help grow our Personal and Commercial Lines business.

Responsibilities:
- Service and manage Personal and Commercial insurance accounts
- Assist clients with renewals, policy changes, billing questions, and claims
- Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and insurance ID cards
- Serve as the primary contact for Korean-speaking clients
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and agency staff
- Build strong client relationships and identify additional coverage opportunities
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Insurance or financial services experience preferred
- California Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred
Candidates who do not currently hold a California P&C License are welcome to apply. The license will need to be obtained within 90 days of hire, and we will provide full support throughout the process, including coverage of all course, exam, and licensing fees.
Compensation:
- Starting at $25/hour
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Compensation may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous insurance agency experience (CSR or Account Manager)
- Experience with Personal and Commercial Lines
- Familiarity with Auto, Home, Workers' Compensation, BOP, General Liability, and Bond products
