The Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is seeking a Finial Room Service Server.
The Room Service Server ensures that guests receive exceptional service within the comfort of their room. This position requires a blend of hospitality and organizational skills to ensure that orders are accurately taken, prepared and served in a timely and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly when taking room service orders.
- Accurately record guest's food and beverage preferences, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure correct preparation of orders.
- Deliver orders promptly to the guest’s room.
- Set up the dining area within the room, including table settings, silverware and glassware.
- Present dishes professionally, ensuring they are beautifully arranged.
- Anticipate guest needs, such as extra condiments, napkins, or utensils.
- Prepare accurate bills for room service orders.
- Process payments efficiently, whether through cash, credit card, or room charge.
