KourCo Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our team supporting environmental site assessment, groundwater monitoring, and soil and groundwater remediation projects across Louisiana.
This is a hands-on role that combines field investigation work with technical evaluation and report preparation. We are hiring across experience levels — candidates ranging from recent graduates seeking hands-on training to experienced professionals ready to manage projects independently are encouraged to apply. Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites throughout Louisiana
- Ability to perform physical outdoor fieldwork in variable weather conditions
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail in documentation
- Willingness to learn and take direction in the field
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience with environmental site assessment, groundwater monitoring, or remediation system operation
- Familiarity with LDEQ RECAP standards and UST regulatory programs
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification (or willingness to obtain)
- EIT, PE, GIT, or PG credentials for candidates at the professional level
A degree is preferred but not required for entry-level field candidates with relevant mechanical or technical aptitude.
