Duties
- Develop and execute innovative curriculum plans that support early childhood education principles, including Montessori methods and preschool experience strategies
- Lead daily classroom activities focused on toddler care, behavior management, and developmental milestones
- Oversee classroom management to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for infants
- Mentor and supervise assistant teachers and staff, providing guidance on lesson planning and classroom procedures
- Collaborate with families to communicate children’s progress, behavioral observations, and individualized learning plans
- Implement early intervention techniques to support children with special education needs or developmental delays
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor growth in literacy, math, physical education, and overall development
