In addition to an hourly base rate, you’ll have the chance to earn performance-based bonuses for high engagement and conversions.

What You’ll Do
- Create short-form and long-form video content (tutorials, behind-the-scenes, product demos and more) to promote Kounsel.
- Host live streams, answer audience questions, and drive product awareness.
- Build relationships with followers through comments, DMs, and live interactions.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with campaigns.
- Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Confident on camera with a natural ability to engage an audience.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience with live streaming and community engagement.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and trends.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred).
Base Compensation:
You Will Receive a Fixed Payment For Producing The Video. The Compensation Structure Varies Based On The Type Of Video And May Be Calculated As Follows
- Per hour
- Per minute of final developed video content
- Per completed video
In Addition To The Base Pay, You Are Eligible For Performance Bonuses Based On The Video's Engagement And Sales Performance Across Platforms
- $0.001 per view
- $0.01 per like
- $0.10 per comment, save, or share
- 10%–20% commission on each sale generated
