Customer Service - Schedule Coordinator |$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Duties:
- Customer service
- Answering inbound calls, qualifying customer's needs, and prioritizing accordingly
- Scheduling calls for service technicians and plumbers
- Scheduling annual maintenance with customers
- Following up with customers on service recommendations given by the service tech after a schedule appointment.
- Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:
- 2 years related experience in customer service in an office, call center, or retail setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Multiline phone experience
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- CRM / ERP Customer Database management experience
- Enjoys talking with people all day, every day!
- Team oriented and ability to work independently
- General sales skills and aptitude
- Excellent communication & follow up skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- High school Diploma or equivalent
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $20 - $25
