Position Overview
We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in fostering strong relationships with our valued clients. We are actively looking for a highly organized, and energetic individual that is great at communicating with all types of people! Must have 5 years financial services industry experience and experience working with Charles Schwab is preferred. Also must be fluent in utilizing a CRM system as well as other computer usage and adaptable to new programs. An ideal team member would be able to double checks own work to minimize errors, can handle lots of paperwork keeping it organized, as well as have a hospitality knack to care for clients personally when answering phones, working with clients in office. Must desire to work as part of a team environment while being able to work independently, and multi-task. We currently employ 6 local people and additionally have an employees in CA. This position will work closely with our COO and CFO to support the advisory teams, help maintain necessary reporting, assist in paperwork, account openings and servicing, as well as be the first point of contact when clients call in or stop by the office. We are looking for someone that understands the small details and the nature in which those are done are just as important here as the major things.
