Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team in providing exceptional service in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of during their visit.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests' needs promptly and courteously.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Handle food safely and responsibly, following all health and safety regulations.
• Support the serving staff during busy periods, including assisting with catering events and banquets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through attentive service and knowledge of menu items.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent hospitality.
• Experience in roles such as dietary aide, catering, or bartending is advantageous but not mandatory.
