Position Scope: 

 

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with both clients and dealers of Interkal products to achieve and/or exceed sales targets. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all Interkal products and services.
  • Initiate and foster new client/dealer relationships.
  • Manage current client/dealer relationships.
  • Set sales goals.
  • Participate in Dealer training.
  • Attend and participate in Industry Trade Shows.
  • Maintain and update appropriate dealer information as necessary.
  • Work closely with and collaborate with other members of the sales team, estimating, and scheduling.
  • Assist and follow up with Dealer concerns and/or questions.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Five years of previous experience in the field of sales.
  • Competency with Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in initiating relationships with clients/dealers.
  • Advanced understanding of relationship building with both internal and external clients.
  • Well spoken, positive and dynamic presence in representing Interkal products.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Possesses the confidence and ability to give effective presentations to both small and large groups.

 

Required Education and Certification:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
