You’ll coach and develop team fulfillment members through 1:1s, training, and collaboration, while enforcing accuracy and efficiency. - 3 years of people lead or management experience
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Calm, organized, and effective under pressure
- Motivated to make improvements - to your skillset and your team
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet physical demands like standing and color recognition
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Position is full time
