Kotarides Companies is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Commercial Senior Maintenance Technician for our rapidly growing company. The Commercial Senior Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining retail shopping centers and office buildings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds.
- Assists in monitoring building system operations and performance.
- Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
- Ensures timely completion of commercial service requests.
- Maintains accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, expenditures, work-in progress, etc.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations including governing storage and management of hazardous materials.
- Work with commercial team to complete special projects and tenant build outs.
- After-hours on call required.
- Be available to report to work during any inclement weather event for property clean up and emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-year experience in commercial maintenance
- HVAC Certification- Type II or Universal
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
