Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Representative based in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue by promoting Kostone's modular bathroom solutions. The Regional Sales Representative will also prepare sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align on customer needs and business objectives. Tracking sales performance and providing insights for continuous improvement is also expected.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of the bathroom remodeling or construction industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively use sales management software and tools
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regional territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
