Responsibilities
- Assist servers by promptly clearing tables after guests have finished their meals.
- Clean and reset tables for the next guests, ensuring a tidy dining area.
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house staff to coordinate service needs.
- Help maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, including floors, restrooms, and dining areas.
- Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Assist with stocking supplies as needed to ensure efficient service.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests’ needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with bussing techniques and restaurant operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
