We are currently looking for a skilled, hands-on technician to join our fast-growing team and help maintain, upgrade, and build out our commercial spaces.
Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, reliable, and self-motivated individual with 5 years of hands-on experience across multiple trades. This is a full-time position offering steady, year-round work, stepping away from the seasonal unpredictability of traditional construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Facility Maintenance & Upgrades: Execute daily maintenance tasks, immediate repairs, and structural upgrades across various company locations.
- Multi-Trade Execution: Apply proven, hands-on knowledge to tackle a wide variety of physical work, including:
- Carpentry: Framing, finishing, cabinetry, and structural repairs.
- Plumbing: New installations, troubleshooting, and basic to intermediate commercial repairs.
- Electrical: Basic wiring, lighting fixture installation, and general troubleshooting.
- HVAC: General understanding of commercial systems, routine maintenance, and basic diagnostics.
- Roofing: Inspections, repairs, leak detection, and replacement assistance.
- Heavy Equipment Operation: Safe operation of loaders, excavators, skid steers, and similar machinery for site work.
- Project Execution: Read and interpret plans or blueprints, follow detailed instructions accurately, and complete tasks efficiently to keep projects on schedule.
- Jobsite Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and company regulations.

- Experience: 5 years of proven, hands-on experience across multiple construction and maintenance trades.
- Work Ethic: A strong, self-motivated work ethic with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Travel & Flexibility: Consistent attendance and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel and overnight stays may be required from time to time based on project scope and location.
- Technical Comprehension: The ability to read architectural plans, follow specific instructions, and adapt to changing site conditions.
- Professionalism: Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset when interacting with store staff and corporate operations.
