Role Description
This is a part-time, fully remote Bookkeeper role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. The Bookkeeper will support multiple clients by managing day-to-day financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities include handling invoicing across multiple entities, applying proper class coding, managing bank and credit card transactions, performing bank reconciliations, and assisting with cleanup projects to bring financials up to date. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Qualifications
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Experience with multi-entity bookkeeping and class tracking
Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Experience entering and coding credit card and bank transactions
Familiarity with cleanup or catch-up accounting projects is a plus
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience supporting small to medium-sized businesses preferred
