Additional services are introduced only after prospects meet with our internal team and confirm strategic alignment. Role Overview Kosmic Digital is seeking a remote, entry-level Independent Outbound Sales Representative to promote and sell our website design packages. This is a commission-based independent contractor role, ideal for self-motivated individuals who want flexibility, performance-based income, and an opportunity to grow into a long-term partnership. No prior sales experience is required, though it is helpful.Also fair chance and felon friendly!If you made some mistakes in your past that's fine we are a firm believer in second chances for the right people. What You’ll Be Selling You will be authorized to sell website build packages only, including: On-Platform Website Builds & Off-Platform Website BuildsApproved discounts may be offered within predefined limits. Final pricing approval and fulfillment are handled by Kosmic Digital. Compensation Structure 20% commission on all closed website sales10% commission on approved upsells (Upsells require a consultation with the Kosmic Digital team)Paid monthly on the 1st (Net 30)No base pay, salary, or hourly wages Growth Opportunity Contractors who consistently meet performance benchmarks may be invited (not guaranteed) to apply for a future full-time salaried role with benefits and potential equity consideration after approximately one year. Indicative benchmarks may include: ~10 closed website deals per monthLow refund ratesHigh client retention / low churnYour Responsibilities As an independent contractor, you will: Prospect and engage potential clients using your own methods and toolsPresent Kosmic Digital website packages accurately and ethicallyQualify prospects and set expectations regarding scope and pricingSubmit completed sales details through company-provided systemsMaintain professional, brand-aligned communication with prospects What We’re Looking For RequiredSelf-motivated and comfortable working independentlyStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Reliable internet access and personal work equipmentAbility to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline Helpful but Not Required Prior sales, appointment-setting, or marketing experienceFamiliarity with websites, design, or digital marketing conceptsIndependent Contractor Relationship This role is offered exclusively as an independent contractor position.
