A new luxury hospitality company is launching an estate property on the Jersey Shore, specializing in brand activations, corporate retreats, private events, and luxury stays. Flagship events begin at approximately $30,000.
We are building our sales team from the ground up and are seeking an experienced Brand Partnerships & Corporate Events Sales Lead for our New Jersey property.
About the Role
You will take ownership of the corporate events and brand partnerships pipeline. You will bring your existing relationships with brands, agencies, corporate event buyers, and marketing professionals while building a strong portfolio of business for a distinctive new luxury venue.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, managing client relationships, and closing high-value corporate events and brand activations.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who currently sells corporate events, brand activations, sponsorships, or experiential partnerships for a luxury hotel, resort, experiential agency, sports property, destination management company, or similar organization.
The ideal candidate:
- Has established relationships with corporate event buyers, agencies, brand marketers, and decision-makers
- Has successfully closed or managed high-value corporate events, activations, sponsorships, or partnerships
- Understands the corporate hospitality, experiential marketing, and luxury events industries
- Is confident developing new business and managing complex client relationships
- Can build a sales pipeline from the ground up
- Is motivated by ownership, performance-based earnings, and long-term growth
This is not an event coordinator position. We are looking for a proven sales professional who wants to build the business, grow strategic partnerships, and benefit directly from their results.
Compensation
This is a commission-forward role with a strong introductory structure for the right candidate.
Compensation includes:
- A guaranteed income floor during the first 90 days
- A signing incentive
- Uncapped commission
- A residual commission structure for recurring partnerships
- Performance-based commission accelerators
A productive sales professional with strong relationships and an established book of business has the potential to earn well into six figures.
