- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Skills:

- Proficient in office management tasks and procedures
- Experience working in a medical office setting is a plus
- Ability to perform accurate data entry and manage order processing
- Familiarity with various phone systems and their functionalities
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail
