What You'll Do
● Install and activate residential FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) internet services.
● Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
● Test fiber connections to ensure top-quality performance.
● Educate customers on their new internet equipment and services.
● Complete installation reports and work orders accurately.
● Represent Koscom with professionalism and outstanding customer service.
● Follow safety procedures and quality standards on every job.
We're Looking For
● No experience? No problem! We're happy to train motivated individuals.
● Experienced Fiber Technicians are encouraged to apply.
● Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
● Ability to work outdoors and lift equipment as needed.
Schedule
● Full-Time (W-2)
● Monday–Friday
● Occasional weekend work based on business needs
