We are seeking a motivated and organized Social Media & Office Manager to support both our digital presence and day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning on the job and growing with a company.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage company social media accounts including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Create, schedule, and monitor content across platforms
• Work with Google Sheets for organization and tracking
• Assist with website updates using Wix
• Navigate and utilize ConstructConnect
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, contractors, and supervisors via phone and email
• Manage light, low-maintenance administrative office duties
• Oversee company Google administrative tasks (setting up new employee emails, occasional
password resets)
• Create and coordinate client and partner care packages, including organizing, assembling, and
sending packages as needed
Qualifications
• Background in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
• Comfortable learning new platforms and systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
• Construction or contracting experience is a plus, but not required
