Korzen Health is working with the partnership of Healogics to find a Post Acute Nurse Practitioner.
We are looking to add an experienced NP to cover local SNFs 1 day per week. Procedure experience within the last 2 years is required. For example : sutures central lines intubations and anything that would be very specialized.
This is a part time 1 day / week position flexible hours. PostAcute Care wound care program located in Auburn NY. This is 100% wound care position. 52 hours of paid training included.
This is a mobile position. We have 1 days of work in Auburn NY. You will be traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients.
Scope of Practice Includes :
- You will average around 1820 patients a day.
- Performing basic wound care (dressing changes chemical debridement) with some minor procedures.
- This will be a parttime 1 day a week job. No Nights No Call No weekends. Flexible.
- Compensation Model is salary with RVU after 1 year.
- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.
