This is a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity featuring a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule. Key Duties
- Perform detailed psychiatric assessments and routine follow-up appointments
- Handle medication management and continuous mental health care
- Create customized behavioral health treatment plans
- Administer evidence-based outpatient psychiatric treatments
- Work in tandem with support staff and fellow providers to maximize patient success
- Keep clinical records accurate, timely, and fully compliant
- Take part in the shared weekend call rotation

Required Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- At least 1 year of active PMHNP experience within Alabama (Mandatory)
- Current and active Alabama APRN license
- Valid DEA registration
- Advanced proficiency in medication management and clinical assessments
- Outstanding teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
