Korzen Health is working with a Hospital that is located in Ventura, California, is an acute psychiatric facility situated on 16 acres with ocean views.

Our highly structured and comprehensive programs provide the very best in mental health care. We have earned The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval for hospital accreditation. We offer specialized units for Adult and Adolescent stabilization and safety. In addition to crisis stabilization, we offer a Dual Diagnosis Program designed to help patients with a mental health diagnosis and chemical dependency.

Highlights

• 55 Bed-All inpatient Adult and Child/Adolescent Hospital with an Outpatient Program in Place. Units are broken down into: Adult High and Low Acuity, Voluntary Military Unit, Adolescent and Child.
• Hospital utilizes illness Management and Recovery (IMR) treatment model.
• Our Adolescent care focuses on ages 12-17. Full Treatment team in place with plans that include: comprehensive assessment, group therapy, medication management, school participation and family involvement. We have a Teen After-School Program in place which helps bridge home life after inpatient stay.
• IOP Program in Place.
• All H/P's are done by a local Primary Care Group

Scope of Work/Requirements:

• Serve as the Chief Nursing Officer for the stand alone Psychiatric Acute Care Hosptial. Position is on-site Monday-Friday
• Working Knowledge of state and federal regulatory accreditations requirements related to behavioral health management
• Position is actively involved, at the senior executive level, in the leadership of the organization. Planning and coordinating with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer, Governing Body, Medical Staff, and Department Heads.
• Retain quality personnel through hiring, training and evaluation of program.
• Have at least 3 years of experience as a healthcare or behavioral healthcare executive (DON, CNO )
• Must have an active RN license and MSN.
