Korum Automotive Group in Puyallup, WA, is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist for our Ford Showroom!
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting customers, answering the company's multi-line phone system, scanning dealership records into the document management system, assisting the Sales & Finance Department with customer payments, and connecting customers with appropriate dealership personnel, in a manner that creates a positive, professional appearance for the dealership.
The limited part-time schedule allows you to pursue your other interests, such as attending school, spending time with family, or indulging in hobbies.
Work on the weekend days and late afternoons during the week.
Pay range: $18.43 to 23.85 per hour

Duties include:
- Greets dealership guests, answers incoming calls, both internally and externally using the dealership-approved greetings, and connects guests and callers with appropriate dealership personnel.
- Assists in handling record-keeping by scanning service and sales documents into the dealership's document management system.
- Records receipts for customer cash, check, and credit card payments through the Dealer Management System following established accounting procedures.
- Supports the reconditioning process by preparing Purchase Orders for vendors.
- Maintains the reception desk and customer waiting areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Assists the Human Resources Department with employment inquiries.
Desired skills/knowledge:
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Six to 12 months of related experience is preferred.
- Must be able to learn/use all software and programs provided by the dealership.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications - (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently. Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic.
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have a professional personal appearance.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
