Role Description The Mental Health Therapist will provide direct clinical care, including individual and family therapy, within an integrated Ketamine-Assisted Therapy model. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lehi, UT and involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining ongoing case management for a diverse caseload. Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating therapy sessions, monitoring client progress, coordinating care with medical and wellness providers, and documenting services in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The therapist will engage in regular clinical consultation, participate in team meetings, and contribute to program development to ensure high-quality, ethical, and client-centered care.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment and treatment, including experience working with individuals pursuing trauma-informed or psychedelic-assisted care.
- Strong skills in treatment planning and case management, with the ability to develop and adjust individualized care plans based on client needs and outcomes.
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field; active or provisional clinical licensure in Utah (e.g., LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, including the ability to maintain clear clinical notes and uphold confidentiality standards.
- Experience or training in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, trauma-informed care, or integrative/holistic mental health is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, maintain professional boundaries, and demonstrate cultural humility and respect for diverse identities and experiences.
