The ideal candidate will handle general repairs, groundskeeping, and day-to-day maintenance tasks while providing excellent service to residents.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic HVAC work
- Maintain Park grounds (mowing, trimming, trash removal, and general landscaping)
- Inspect and repair common areas, roads, and utility systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents
- Prepare lots and homes for new residents (cleaning, repairs, minor renovations)
- Monitor property for safety issues and ensure compliance with local codes
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
- Experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license required
