Description
Equipment/Warehouse Manager manages daily operations for the equipment procurement, inventory management, and maintenance functions of the company. Tracks records, licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organizations equipment and tools. Being an equipment manager minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Tracks equipment quality throughout the product lifetime and makes recommendations for alternatives if needed. Manages all rental equipment and tools as well as maintains company warehouse. Ensures that department milestones/goals are met and are adhering to approved budgets.
Requirements
Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and processes as well as small tool repair. General Knowledge of microsoft office products and basic computer skills. Self motivated and highly organized individual with 5 years in the equipment field as an individual contributor and 1-3 years supervisory experience preffered.
