Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient at Home- Louisville,KY

Location: Covering Louisville Downtown, Highlands, West End

Schedule: PRN,3 week days; 1 weekend/year

Compensation: $55.00/visit week days; $65.00/visit weekends; with mileage reimbursement.

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to help on an as-needed basis to cover 3 plus week days an 1 weekend a year working with our outpatient in home teams. We pair our coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that is suited for you! Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics is ideal.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• CPR certification
