Job Description
As a Drain Technician you will assist in the installation, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial drainage systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and service all types of plumbing piping systems.
- Install and repair valves, faucets, toilets, dishwashers and other plumbing fixtures.
- Diagnose and resolve clogged plumbing and drain systems
- Operate a variety of drain cleaning machines and equipment
- Determine the proper machine and blade combination needed to effectively clear clogs.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective hours
-Deliver professional, courteous customer service
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a plumber and drain technician
- Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to diagnose drainage and plumbing problems accurately
- Experience operating various drain cleaning machines
- Strong communication and public relations/customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
