Koroseal is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Inside Sales Consultant to support and grow various region. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, generating and qualifying opportunities, and driving revenue through both direct sales and strategic in collaboration with our Field Sales Team.
This position blends proactive inside sales activity with select in-person market visits. The Inside Sales Consultant plays a key role in appointment setting, customer follow ups, pipeline development, and supporting project execution from initial outreach through close.
This role reports to Regional Sales Manager and is based in-person in-person from our Medina Corporate office. Travel is estimated at 5–10 percent annually for market visits and key customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Appointment Setting & Lead Generation
- Proactively schedule virtual and in-person appointments with Architects and Designers, End Users, Contractors, and Installers.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new opportunities and secure product presentation meetings.
- Identify and qualify new project leads through platforms such as ConstructConnect and industry research.
- Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach to expand brand presence and pipeline activity.
- Customer Follow Ups & Pipeline Management
- Follow up on sample requests, open quotes, and active bids to move projects toward close.
- Track specifications, project timelines, and next steps to ensure no opportunity is lost.
- Maintain a disciplined follow up process that strengthens relationships and increases conversion rates.
- Direct Sales & Partnership Selling
- Manage and grow assigned accounts through direct customer sales efforts.
- Partner closely with the Field Sales Representative to support joint calls, shared accounts, and territory strategy.
- Coordinate efforts on larger opportunities to strengthen specifications and expand project scope.
- Support Division 9 and Division 10 installer relationships to reinforce project execution and influence.
- In-Person Market Visits
- Conduct periodic in-person visits within the territory to strengthen key relationships and increase visibility.
- Represent Koroseal at local networking events, trade organizations, and trade shows as appropriate.
- Deliver in-person presentations and assist in field-based meetings in partnership with the Field Sales Representative.
- Account & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, communications, and project details in Salesforce.
- Log appointments, follow ups, and pipeline updates to ensure visibility and forecasting accuracy.
- Monitor sales performance against territory goals and proactively adjust activity levels as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, hospitality sales, or other customer-facing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong phone presence and ability to confidently secure appointments and advance opportunities.
- Effective communicator with strong listening skills and a solutions-based approach.
- Experience partnering with field sales teams or working within a shared territory structure preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistent outbound activity.
- Knowledge of A&D firms, contractors, or the specification process is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently within a structured sales process.
- Must be able to walk and sit for long periods of time, ability to lift up to 20lbs safely
