Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Digital Marketing and Community Engagement Specialist to enhance our brand presence both online and within our local community. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of developing compelling content, managing digital advertising campaigns, and coordinating in-person outreach efforts to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
- Content Development: Create engaging short- and long-form content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, flyers) that aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and post daily content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), engaging with followers and monitoring activity to build a strong online community.
- Paid Advertising: Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns, specifically Facebook Ads, to generate leads and increase conversion rates.
- Branding & Design: Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials, including website content, flyers, and yard sign designs.
- Customer Reviews: Implement strategies for collecting positive customer reviews and managing the company's online reputation.
- Local Content: Research and incorporate local news and community content into marketing efforts to resonate with the target audience.
Community & Event Engagement:
- Community Outreach: Actively engage with neighborhood groups and local organizations to build relationships and identify marketing opportunities.
- Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and staff event booths and home shows to promote the brand and generate leads.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (KPIs) across all campaigns using tools like Google Analytics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective ad managers (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset for content creation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
