Qualifications & Experience
• 5 years of sales leadership experience in the cabinetry, home improvement, or
luxury interior design industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue
growth.
• Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate
and mentor sales teams.
• Deep knowledge of cabinetry design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with contractors, builders, and designers in a B2B
sales environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and design software (such as
2020 Design, SketchUp, or AutoCAD) is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market
reach.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring consistent high
performance and motivation.
• Set quarterly and annual sales targets, monitor progress, and implement action
plans to achieve goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key industry trends to
enhance company growth.
Business Development & Client Relations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including homeowners,
builders, contractors, designers, and developers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s
presence in both residential and commercial markets.
• Oversee high-value sales negotiations and contract agreements.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking
opportunities.
