Korn Ferry is representing a leading AmLaw firm that is expanding its top-tier, nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice. The firm is seeking a mid -to- senior level New York based Traditional Labor Associate who is ready to step into a visible role.

The labor law practice represents clients across various industries through every stage of their union‑related matters—from the earliest organizing activity and initial union contact, to negotiating collective bargaining agreements, litigating unfair labor practice charges, and managing the full lifecycle of grievances and arbitrations.
Experience needed:
- 4-8 years of traditional labor
- Collective bargaining
- NLRB unfair labor practice
- Labor arbitration
- Background advising management on labor issues; law firm experience strongly preferred
- Admission to the New York State Bar
Compensation $310,000-$420,000 annually, based on experience and skillset. Eligible for a discretionary year‑end bonus.
