Senior Accounting Analyst Apply Today Location: Wilton, CT Job Type: Permanent Compensation: $95,000 - 110,000 Annually JobID: 2153666-AQG Description Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst in Wilton, CT Day to Day Responsibilities: Lead month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely reconciliations of all accounts, (balance sheet, income statement, multiple banks, etc.) Perform detailed account reconciliations, including cash, payroll accruals, and other treasury-related accounts Prepare budget to actual variance analysis, supplying detailed "drill down" management reports Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy Assist with an ERP software data integration and "go live" process Support process controls and efficiency initiatives Work with internal teams to ensure financial controls and compliance Assist with audit preparation and provide support to external auditors Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting 4+ years of accounting experience Management reporting, and multi-entity reconciliation experience ERP software exposure, and Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
