Job Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors during interim and year-end audit procedures.
- Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and ensure continued compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ad hoc projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 2 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in both public accounting and industry.
- Experience with large ERP systems preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and with auditors.
