What You’ll Do
- Manage pricing sheets, contracts, agreements, and membership records
- Support new member onboarding and maintain accurate documentation
- Track vendor programs, rebates, and pricing updates
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Serve as a key contact for member and vendor inquiries
- Maintain CRM accuracy and support sales team scheduling and follow‑ups
- Assist with rebate tracking, documentation, and deadlines
- Identify workflow improvements and streamline administrative processes
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in sales administration, sales support, or customer service
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with vendor programs or rebates is a plus
